TIPS FOR FLYING WITH A BABY✈️👶🏼👇🏼⁣

Tripp’s been on 4 flights now & here’s what has helped us🙌🏼 please share any tips for flying with babies in the comments!🙏🏼⁣
⁣
↠ give yourself PLENTY of time at the airport - babies make everything slower & the last thing you want is to feel stressed or rushed⁣
↠ baby wear! I baby wore through security, when changing diapers & boarding the plane - it’s SO much easier to be hands free. I also baby wore on the plane & it made it so much easier for him to nap⁣
↠ invest a good baby carrier - a baby carrier that you like, baby likes, & is easy to use is a lifesaver at the airport (I’m using the @artipoppe )⁣
↠ gate check your stroller - this gives you the option to use your stroller throughout the airport ⁣
↠ check the rest of your bags - I’m a carry-on girlie for life for but it’s just too much to schlep around with a baby - we only carried on Tripp’s suitcase bc I didn’t want to risk losing his stuff ⁣
↠ take advantage of airport lactation rooms - these are great for breastfeeding if your airport has them - if not find an empty gate area & you’ll have plenty of privacy⁣
↠ if you bottle feed, have all your bottle making supplies ready to go - we brought a thermos of hot water through security* as well as pre-portioned formula - this made it so easy to quickly prep a bottle⁣
↠ be prepared for takeoff & landing - the pressure change can hurt their little ears - a pacifier, nursing or a bottle really helps!⁣
↠ pack new toys / favorite toys - we introduced spinner toys for the first time while traveling & he was SO entertained ⁣
↠ try to relax & enjoy it!⁣
