Welcome to Elyse Wellness!

Hi – Iā€™m Amanda, and I started Elyse Wellness as a way to share everything Iā€™m exploring, experimenting with, and learning in the area of nutrition and wellness.

For as long as I can remember, Iā€™ve been passionate about nutrition and health, but always found the health and wellness space to be so overwhelming.

From fad diets, to conflicting advice all over the internet, itā€™s really freaking hard to figure out what actually works. And Iā€™ve spent the last 10 years of my life informally trying to do just that.

Iā€™ve experimented with it all from vegetarianism and veganism, to macro-counting and calorie-counting, to paleo and ketogenic diets. And after years of trial and error, and spending an ungodly amount of my free time reading nutrition studies and diet books, trying to figure out what actually works, Iā€™m finally in a place where things feel easy.Ā  My approach to eating, working out, and living makes looking and feeling how I want, easy.

My goal with Elyse Wellness is to share the best of what Iā€™ve learned (and continue to learn), so that you can take the pieces that work and apply them in your own life.

At Elyse Wellness, youā€™ll find easy, practical tips for improving your health that actually work, based on experiments by real girls, and the latest science. Youā€™ll find real-talk on wellness fads, and a no-BS approach to looking better and feeling better. Youā€™ll find a view on wellness that is approachable and made for real people. Because healthy shouldnā€™t be hard.
