If you’re looking for something to bring to a Labor Day BBQ, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite recipes below, for appetizers, side dishes, and drinks – enjoy!

AS AN APPETIZER…
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Charcuterie Board

You can never go wrong with a charcuterie board, but if you’re gluten-free or dairy-free (or both like me), it can be a challenge. Head to this blog post for all the deets on how to make a gluten-free & dairy-free charcuterie board people will ACTUALLY like. Recipe here!

FOR A HEALTHY SIDE…
Lemon Quinoa Argula Salad

This salad is the ultimate crowd pleaser. While everyone is focused on burgers & BBQ for labor day, guests ALWAYS appreciate something green on their plate, way more than you’d think. Especially when it tastes as good as this salad. Veggies, quinoa, arugula & a lemony dressing, all served cold, makes it SO refreshing. You can also BBQ’ed chicken to make it a main dish! Recipe here!

Air-Fried Paleo Buffalo Drumsticks

These are the ultimate ‘no one will ever think they’re healthy’ kinda recipe. You can bake them or toss them in the air-fryer to make them extra crispy! I’m telling you, everyone will love them. Recipe here!

TO DRINK….
Refreshing Summer Mocktails

If you’re looking to skip or reduce the alcohol this holiday weekend, I got you. These mocktails with muddled fruit & herbs are SO refreshing, while still being super low in sugar. Recipe here for Strawberry Mint Lime & Cucumber Basil Lemon!

Spicy Skinny Cucumber Margarita

Margaritas are probably my favorite cocktail, but I hate how sugary some can be. This recipe is totally sugar-free, and the cucumber juice makes them super refreshing. Recipe here!

Sugar-Free RosƩ

For my wine lovers, Usual Wines is my go-to brand for sugar-free, single-serve wines. The RosĆ©Ā  is incredible (I hate a sugary / syrupy rose), and their Yuzu Spritz drinks are perfect for hanging out by the water.
